Applying for EuroPsy certification requires that the education and training of the applicant meet the requirements of the standards for a bachelor’s degree in psychology, the standards for a master’s degree and the required one-year supervised internship.

How to apply?

Enter the “Curriculum” menu:

  1. Get acquainted with the content of the submenu “Structure of the curriculum” to orient yourself in the whole set of requirements for the education of the psychologist-candidate for EuroPsy certificate.
  2. Get acquainted with the submenu “Bachelor’s degree”, where you will find information about the disciplines of the bachelor’s degree. If they correspond in content (from the table in the ”Bachelor’s degree” submenu) and ECTS (see also the “Curriculum structure” submenu) to the curricula you have studied at your university, this means that you meet the requirements of EuroPsy for a bachelor’s degree.
  3. Familiarize yourself with the Master’s degree submenu and proceed in the same way. Compare the curricula you have studied at your university in terms of content (from the table in the Master’s submenu) and ECTS (see also the “Curriculum structure” submenu). If they match, it means that you meet the requirements of EuroPsy for a master’s degree.
  4. Get acquainted with the submenu “One-year supervised practice” and compare the requirements for one-year supervised practice with yours.
  5. If you meet these criteria also, proceed to the preparation of the EuroPsy certificate application documents listed below.

Layout of the documents for submission

Registration documents must be deposited online in five separate folders. Each folder and the files in it must have an understandable label in Latin letters (so as not to distort the labels in case of disarchiving, as is the case with Cyrillic).
Instead of separate folders, documents can be combined into five pdf-format files, which option is preferable.

  1. Folder Application Form”: Application form for EuroPsy certificate, payment document for paid fee, assurance from the applicant that he has made a self-assessment of his documents and finds that they meet all the conditions.
  2. Folder Diplomas in psychology”: Diploma for a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in psychology with applications for hours in different disciplines and ECTS credits. Curricula with reflected hours in the individual disciplines and ECTS credits (desirable).
  3. Folder “One-year practice under supervision”: Venue of supervision, activities performed, duration, supervisors, diaries.
  4. Folder “Feedback from supervisors”: Detailed feedback from the supervisors on the achieved professional level by the trainee according to the criteria from this site, “Curricula”, “Competences and profiling of competencies”.
  5. Folder “Certificates”: Documents for continuing professional development (if any).
